Thunderball
My object is a basketball. It dark blue, has the Oklahoma City Thunder logo on it, and has autographs.
I got my object a few years ago in Oklahoma City for my 10th birthday. My dad and I were staying at a hotel in Oklahoma so we could watch an Oklahoma City Thunder NBA basketball game. This was very special and exciting to me because I rarely ever get to see basketball games. Also, it would be better than normal because we had seats right above the court which is super close to where the players are playing and would have a great chance of getting players’ autographs. My dad and I were very excited for the game.
This object is very important to me because It is cool and it reminds me of my love of basketball and my favorite team. My dad and I love spending time together so this would be great for us. That game was awesome because we got those players to sign our ball and it was a super fun basketball game and the Oklahoma City Thunder won. It was very special to me and showed me how much my Dad wanted to make me happy.
It connects to Konner’s baseball story because we both received a sports related gift.
