Grandfathers Baby Shoes
My object is my grandfather's bronzed baby shoes. They are about 3 to 4 inches long and are like a dark yellow and are also shiny. They are from California. When he grew out of them, they were bronzed so they would not be able to be worn and they could be kept as a memory of my grandfather. They are now in my dining room on the table. I wish I could have met my grandfather but he died a few days before I was born so I never did. I have only seen a picture of him. My father loved him and my family loved him, and some of my family never even met him. The baby shoes are a special thing to remember him by. This object connects to my culture because my family loved my grandfather and he was a good person. Now I wish I could have seen my ancestors before they died and the main one is my grandfather.
