gold bracelet
My object means very much to my family. It might seem like you could buy it at a 99 cent store but it’s more than what meets the eye. My object is a simple gold bracelet. It has been passed on from one to another for years and years to come. The bracelet has doesn't have any charms or jewels. It’s just a plain bracelet. It looks like a wedding ring that had a growth spurt! This is no ordinary bracelet though. It’s been around before world war one started! That’s before 1910! My great great aunt’s brother brought it back from the war to give to her. My great aunt gave it to my great grandmother who gave it to my grandmother who gave it to my mom who will one day give it to me! I hope that the chain of passing the bracelet through life will keep living and the bracelet will stay safe. It might not seem to glamorous or that fancy but it’s still very special to my family and it always will be!
